A structured, one-off engagement that gives you a clear picture of where you stand and what to do next.
You leave with a written report that is yours to keep and act on, with or without us. If membership makes sense after that, the full £1,300 is credited against your first month.
Three weeks (14 business days) covers the review itself plus the stakeholder meetings needed to get it right, not just a quick scan, assuming timely access to the relevant systems, materials, and staff. For larger or more complex systems, the review focuses on the most relevant areas rather than covering everything in full depth.

The questions people ask first
How much does a Doosis membership cost?
Membership starts at £1,950 per month for three days of senior capacity. Larger allocations are scoped to your workload at £650 per day. The monthly price is agreed before we start, prices exclude VAT, and any third-party costs, such as hosting, are agreed with you up front.
What is included in a membership?
Your monthly days go to the priorities we agree with you: building and improving software, maintenance and system health checks, integrations and automation, technical advice, and a monthly planning call with a written report. Every change is reviewed and tested before it is released.
How is this different from hiring a developer?
You get a senior team rather than one person, with no recruitment, management, holiday cover, or equipment to arrange. Frontend, backend, infrastructure, and testing skills come with the membership, and capacity can change as your needs do.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships start with a three-month initial term and then continue month to month. The notice period and other terms are set out in your agreement before you start.
What happens to unused days?
Unused days can roll over within limits set out in your agreement, and your balance is shown in every monthly report.
Who owns the software you build?
You own the software we build specifically for you once it has been paid for. Where we use our own existing tools, you receive a licence to use them as part of that software.
What is the paid assessment?
A structured, three-week review of your systems, challenges, and goals, ending in a written report with prioritised recommendations. It costs £1,300, and the full amount is credited against your first month if you continue with a membership.
Do you work with our existing developers or IT provider?
Yes. We work alongside internal developers, IT managers, and other technical partners, and coordinate with them directly where that helps.

Our team is based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and works remotely with clients across the UK and Europe.
